20-Day Change of Mind
Our confidence in our products is unwavering, and we're confident you'll be delighted with your purchase. However, if our products don't meet your expectations within 20 days, you can request a refund.
You must provide proof of purchase (eg, receipt, bank statement)
You will have 30 days from the date of your return request to return the item. The cost to return the item to us is paid by you (Customer).
Refunds
For change-of-mind refunds, we require that items be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

Your purchase of Goods will be subject to certain laws, including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Consumer Law provides you with certain rights that cannot be excluded, including that the Goods must be of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose that Country Polo represents they will be fit for, and that the Goods will correspond with any relevant description. Nothing in this Refund Policy shall be read or applied to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting, or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right, or remedy implied by law (including the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.
